Please ensure that your name and dates of travel are in order. No change will be made once you have left the agency premises.
Baggage allowance is available on the tickets. The weights in one bag for PIA passenger cannot exceed 25kgs.
Please make sure you arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure. In case of no-show, you will be charged with exchange and/or refund penalties as per policy of your carrier.
Please provide your passport details & contact numbers for your origin and destination countries.
Free changes not guaranteed. The charges for exchange of ticket with Pakistan Airlines is a minimum of 20 euros.
In case of refund of unused ticket, refund charges will be deducted and the refund time is minimum 30 days.
